Position Description: Senior Athletic Training Division Manager will coordinate and supervise all components of our government and health improvement programs for client site employees. They will work under the direction of the VP-Clinical Innovation to conduct activities in the following areas of government contracting, virtual early intervention program management and other tasks as assigned. The Senior Division Manager will alsoprovide guidance to designated government contracting and virtual early intervention personnel under their authority and escalates issues to the Medical Director, VP Clinical Innovation, and Human Resources, as necessary.     Administrative: - Day to day coordination of division led committees - Provide guidance as needed to assigned personnel at clinics/client locations nationally - Collaborate with the Division Leadership, Operations and HR on onboarding, training, and professional development planning for the division - Participate in strategic planning with the Division leadership, Operations and HR - Provide ongoing and as needed support to sales and business development team - Provide guidance as needed to Div.
