  • Drive continuous process improvement by analyzing purchasing operations, implementing system enhancements, and standardizing workflows.
  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of procurement workflows and vendor management to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, Facilities, and Real Estate) to plan equipment-related projects such as openings, relocations, and consolidations.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations and gain alignment from senior stakeholders through effective communication and presentation.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members involved in purchasing and logistics.
  • Support change management by assisting in the development of job aids, process documentation, and communications for clinics.
  • Maintain and optimize procurement-related catalogs for office supplies, clinical supplies and equipment.
  • Analyze off‑catalog requests and recommend catalog expansions, substitutions, or standardization opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or category management, preferably in a multi-location or healthcare environment.
  • Prefer experience working with procurement systems, intake workflows or service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Language Skills:
