Position Summary: Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned areas to support technology initiatives. Communicate with internal and external customers to analyze needs and deliver requirements, business base and specifications.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The below  is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization.

  • Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and/or automation. Organize and maintain required documentation across projects.
  • Work with and elicit functional/business/technical requirements from users and sponsors related to product quality and process improvement across the organization. Work cross-functionally to validate that the software solution will satisfy the business needs.
  • Create and communicate deliverables to various stakeholders that meet the business needs and adhere to departmental documentation standards.
  • Design, assist in development, test and implement new processes and solutions. Collaborate to develop user acceptance testing (UAT) specifications.
  • Conduct functional testing of implemented applications, and provide the initial support of these applications when moved to production.
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, synthesize data, identify trends, and distinguish user requests from true needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Work Experience:
    • 6 years of experience in a business analyst capacity or related field
    • 3 years of experience with Agile development practices
    • 3 years of experience writing technical product requirements using Jira or similar tool
    • 2 years of project management experience
    • Consulting experience preferred
  • Certification/Licensure:
    • Business Analyst certification (IIBA, CBAP) preferred
  • Knowledge and Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with CRM, Data Management, Microsoft PowerApp, and Microsoft Dynamics
    • Strong foundation in programming languages
    • Experience working in Asure Cloud Environment, healthcare industry and ERM systems

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read, write and speak English prof

Physical Demands: 

  • Ability to fulfill office activities including but not limited to remain stationary for extended periods of time (i.e. while working at a desk), stoop/kneel/crouch, travel around the office, communicate with others (verbal and written), and use fine motor skills including fine hand manipulation and keyboarding.
  • Ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Work Environment: 

  • Consistent with a standard office environment, noise level is low with little to no extraordinary environmental factors.
