Position Summary:


The Campus Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of supporting the Campus Recruiting Team by serving as a direct liaison to internal and external company stakeholders and prospective and current applicants. Performs various recruiting functions including, but not limited to: initiating candidate screening process, interview coordination and scheduling, and significant support of campus recruiting programs. This support role has the ability to make a critical impact on the candidate experience and brand representation on campus.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization.


  • Support all campus event coordination and execution
  • Assist in building relationships on campus with students, career services, academic personnel, and student organizations
  • Contribute to the successful candidate experience and hiring process
  • Maintain candidate and event data via company ATS (applicant tracking system), CRM (client relationship management), and onboarding systems
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and execution of internship programs and early identification talent programs
  • Support sourcing and selection processing activities, including collecting, entering, and maintaining new hire data
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials (brochures, giveaways, banners, etc.) and brand representation on campus
  • Own timely communication to internal and external stakeholders via the campus recruiting inbox and recruiting tool 


Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • May assist with recruiting ancillary or support positions
  • Posts and monitors all assigned open requisitions for the Company in accordance with Company guidelines and procedures.
  • Provides direct support for the recruiting team including, but not limited to: initiating contact with applicants, coordinating and scheduling meetings/interviews, and preparing data, interview results, and hiring results.
  • Collaborates with other Talent Acquisition and Human Resource team members for any recruiting or human resources related projects as required




  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred


  • Work Experience
    • At least 1 year of administrative experience
    • 1+ years of campus recruiting experience highly desired
  • Certification/Licensure:
    • None 
  • Knowledge and Technical Skills:


    • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Flexible and agile mindset
    • Ability to prioritize changing workloads
    • Effective organizational skills and time management skills
    • Demonstrated initiative and interest in being a self-starter
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Language Skills

  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

Physical Demands: 


  • Ability to fufill office activities including but not limited to remain stationary for extended periods of time (i.e., while working at a desk), stoop/kneel/crouch, travel around the office, communicate with others (verbal and written), and use fine motor skills including fine hand manipulation and keyboarding.
  • Ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds 

 Work Environment: 


  • Consistent with a standard office environment, noise level is low with little to no extraordinary environmental factors.
